Due to continual growth JHP Training are currently looking for Employment Support Officer’s – Work Based Learning.



The Role



• To carry out local sales, marketing and PR activity in order to attract learners to Apprenticeship and NVQ programmes.

• Effectively market JHP Training’s services to employers encouraging them to employ young people as Apprentices.

• The successful candidate will match new and existing learners with suitable employers for placement and employment.

• Offer learners guidance on how to prepare for interview.



The Person



• You will be target driven and actively seek opportunities while being aware of the demands of the business.

• Recruitment, Sales and/or Marketing experience is desirable along with Vocational Training/Work Base learning experience.

• Knowledge of the local labour market is essential.

• You will be able to drive and have access to your own car.



This vacancy is to cover the area of Norfolk.
